She is the first to be selected twice, and she deserves this two time title because her style is truly ingenious. She defines her own look, she designs her own ridiculously-amazing jewelry, she has signature pieces that travel from one look to the next.

this girl has had it right since her earliest days growing up in Austin, Texas. Should have seen her apartments in college…I guess I’m lucky to have met this lady a few times or so…
