For several years now I have been searching for the perfect trench coat. One classic enough to be worn for years to come, but with enough quirk to be satisfy me. During the heat of summer, I finally found a trench that had my name all over it - and I couldn’t wait for the weather to change.

A weekend spent in the snow-capped mountains gave me just the right opportunity to pull out the trench. It has enough 70’s flare to out a smile on my face.. permanently!

I have a new obsession and it’s called ETSY. I’ve known about it for a while, but had never dabbled beyond glancing at things here and there.. now there is no more glancing.. there is only ravenously buying! Vintage shopping on ETSY is great, there is no checking back to see if bids are getting higher or competing for your must-have.

It is one giant vintage shop (or multiple shops), without the fuss. Search by boho, fur vest, 70’s disco - and up pops anything and everything you could possibly want. Along the way I have found treasures galore. My closet is quickly filling up with more and more bohemian and folk-inspired dresses - this little number being one of them! Purchased from… an ETSY shop.. Hihlo Studio.
